Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality courses on a variety of topics for the Alison platform.
- Utilize AI tools (such as chat-based LLMs) effectively throughout the course creation lifecycle, from outlining to content generation.
- Adhere to our established AI Publishing workflow and processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in course development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to review, refine, and enhance course content, ensuring it meets Alison standards.
- Create or source engaging assets for courses, including images and graphics, as needed to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
- Familiarity and practical experience with chat-based Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and error-free content suitable for a global learning platform.
- Experience editing text-based content for clarity, grammar, and style.
- Experience using Canva (or similar graphic design software) to create visually appealing graphics to enhance the learning experience.
- Bonus: Experience in instructional design or curriculum development (especially online learning platforms).
